Good Agriculture Product, or GAP is type of agriculture practice that emphasize on the limitation of the use of chemical in agriculture produces. GAP produces are consider the second standard in the agriculture after Organic standard. While organic standard doesn't allow farmer to use any chemical in their production, GAP allow farmer to use to some chemical according to the guideline. In GAP production, farmer have a better option not only to protect their crop from pesticide but also allow their crop to yield at greater volume than that of the organic produces. However, in term of price for the consumer, GAP produce is more cheaper and affordable to those at the lower class of the society. Furthermore, the consumer can be assure that the fruit and vegetable that they eat is SAFE.
